Once your order has been received and processed, items in stock will be shipped within 48-72 business hours. Out of stock items will be shipped as soon as we receive them.

Destination times vary depending on distance and accessibility from your city. Some cities, including cities with a small population, may need additional time because the carrier may have to transfer to a local carrier. Most items will be received within 5-7 days but some may take up to 15 days.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email from our shipping department confirming that your purchase has been shipped, and providing carrier information, tracking number and instructions.

Your shipment leaves our facilities in perfect condition. Upon arrival please check for damage or incorrect amounts before signing. Any damage to the contents must be noted on the bill of lading for claim against the carrier. Failure to inspect the order before signing limits our liability as does the carrier.

Heavy packages are sent by couriers who arrange delivery on the tour. This means that the company is only obliged to take the order to your tour. It is your responsibility to help take the package off the truck and bring it to your home. It is helpful to have a wheelbarrow available. For an additional fee, you can request a truck with a platform lift.

For liability reasons, carriers are prohibited from taking parcels inside. If you live in a location with limited access to your property, you will be responsible for transferring your order from the nearest hotspot.

If a delivery is refused, the customer is responsible for all delivery and handling costs incurred in both directions.

Incorrect shipping information

If an order is returned or there are additional charges due to incorrect delivery address or incorrect phone number, the customer will be responsible for all delivery costs.


Returns can only be initiated within 15 days of purchase. All returns must be approved before sending a product back. All products must be in their original packaging and in new condition. If a returned product is not in its original packaging and in new condition, it will not be accepted.

The refund does not include delivery and carrier costs in both directions.

When your order is complete, with your complete address, the system will calculate the cost of delivery. This value depends on the weight and volume of your order and the distance from our warehouse. For certain destinations, it is not possible to ship our products. With your order, country and postal code you will receive the shipping cost before any payment.
